Operations & Facilities
Our depots are strategically situated with our head office in Durban and other branches in Johannesburg and Cape Town. All our depots are linked to the head office and all processes are channelled through a central server and database.
Our premises boasts a three storey building which houses our fully equipped operations, admin , accounts, HSSE and HR departments; together with a state of the art control room, training room and boardroom.
Our on-site wash bay and workshop, for minor vehicle repairs and maintenance, further ensures that our depots are completely geared and compliant to service our fleet and business.
We believe that our staff are our most vital assets and that a well-trained team is the corner stone of a successful business. The Wardens group of staff are therefore continually trained internally and externally by approved third parties.
Immense emphasis is placed on our BVO training programmes. Our policies make certain that all our BVO’s are thoroughly trained in the safe handling and transporting of hazardous and non-hazardous goods, and are constantly kept informed of new regulations.
Risks are subdued by the enforcement of task procedures training, task observations, fatigue management, full risk management and route risk assessments.
